Jean Grenlie

I am a lifelong resident of Waupaca, deeply familiar with our community and the surrounding areas. My real estate journey began in 2003 as an assistant for a top-producing agent, and I earned my real estate license in 2006. In 2007, I joined a title company as a closing agent, gaining valuable insight into the transaction process from another perspective.

I joined Shambeau & Thern Real Estate in 2010, and in 2026, I became a partner in what is now Shambeau & Grenlie Real Estate. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, providing the service and guidance they deserve.

Outside of real estate, I am actively involved in the Waupaca community. I am a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where I serve as a confirmation teacher, and a dedicated member of the Firemen’s Auxiliary, including past service as its president. My community involvement also includes serving as an Ambassador for the Waupaca Chamber of Commerce, past service on the Board of Directors for the Waupaca Chamber of Commerce, Sunny Day Childcare, and volunteering with the Waupaca Bread Basket and Waupaca Learning Center.

My husband, Jason, and I are proud parents of two grown children, Autumn and Ireland. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s marketing and selling their current home or finding just the right new home, or assisting with land and commercial property.
