Rooted in Waupaca and raised in real estate, Ireland Grenlie brings both local knowledge and genuine passion to every client experience. A proud Waupaca native, she earned her real estate license in 2023 and joined Shambeau & Grenlie Real Estate in 2024, following in the footsteps of her mom and turning a lifelong interest into a career she truly enjoys. Growing up alongside her mom in real estate, Ireland spent many hours attending showings and open houses, and during high school she worked as her assistant—gaining hands-on experience early on and building a strong foundation in the industry.

Ireland enjoys working closely with buyers at every stage, whether she is helping first-time homebuyers or assisting clients in finding the perfect place to fit their dream lifestyle. She loves the excitement of discovering the one and takes pride in being part of that moment while guiding clients every step of the way with care and attention to detail.Ireland has a strong passion for marketing and creativity. She enjoys showcasing homes in thoughtful, engaging ways and is always looking for new opportunities to connect buyers and sellers. Real estate is always changing, and Ireland appreciates that no two days are ever the same.Outside of real estate, Ireland enjoys golfing, supporting local small businesses, and spending summer days on the Chain O’ Lakes. Her family dog Stanley, her boyfriend Griffin, and their German shepherd Tikka are also very special to her. Through Griffin and his family’s dairy farm, Ireland has developed a strong appreciation for agriculture and the hard work that goes into it. Ireland is proud to live, work, and help others find their place in the community she calls home.

I am a lifelong resident of Waupaca, deeply familiar with our community and the surrounding areas. My real estate journey began in 2003 as an assistant for a top-producing agent, and I earned my real estate license in 2006. In 2007, I joined a title company as a closing agent, gaining valuable insight into the transaction process from another perspective.

I joined Shambeau & Thern Real Estate in 2010, and in 2026, I became a partner in what is now Shambeau & Grenlie Real Estate. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, providing the service and guidance they deserve.

Outside of real estate, I am actively involved in the Waupaca community. I am a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, where I serve as a confirmation teacher, and a dedicated member of the Firemen’s Auxiliary, including past service as its president. My community involvement also includes serving as an Ambassador for the Waupaca Chamber of Commerce, past service on the Board of Directors for the Waupaca Chamber of Commerce, Sunny Day Childcare, and volunteering with the Waupaca Bread Basket and Waupaca Learning Center.

My husband, Jason, and I are proud parents of two grown children, Autumn and Ireland. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s marketing and selling their current home or finding just the right new home, or assisting with land and commercial property. I am a Broker and Co-Owner of Shambeau & Grenlie Real Estate, LLC, an independent real estate office specializing in the Waupaca Chain O' Lakes and properties throughout the Waupaca area. I have held a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's license for over 40 years. 

I am originally from Waupaca and am a 1982 graduate of Waupaca High School. I also have a Bachelor of Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. 

Prior to moving back to Waupaca 25 years ago, I was employed as a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at US Bank in downtown Milwaukee where I developed and maintained a portfolio of multi-million-dollar commercial real estate loans. I began my career as a Commercial Credit Analyst and worked my way up to Vice President at this large Milwaukee bank. 

I have been married to my wife Stephaine for 35 years and we have three children, Tom, Mike and Sarah.
