Dave Shambeau

I am a Broker and Co-Owner of Shambeau & Grenlie Real Estate, LLC, an independent real estate office specializing in the Waupaca Chain O' Lakes and properties throughout the Waupaca area. I have held a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker's license for over 40 years. 

I am originally from Waupaca and am a 1982 graduate of Waupaca High School. I also have a Bachelor of Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. 

Prior to moving back to Waupaca 25 years ago, I was employed as a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at US Bank in downtown Milwaukee where I developed and maintained a portfolio of multi-million-dollar commercial real estate loans. I began my career as a Commercial Credit Analyst and worked my way up to Vice President at this large Milwaukee bank. 

I have been married to my wife Stephaine for 35 years and we have three children, Tom, Mike and Sarah.
